1. Service Description

ScopeCore provides a hosted estimator page and lead qualification platform for residential concrete contractors. The service generates rough budget ranges for homeowners and collects structured project details as qualified leads for contractors.

2. Estimates Are Approximate

Budget ranges shown to homeowners are rough estimates based on contractor-configured pricing. They are not binding quotes, contracts, or guarantees. Final pricing depends on site conditions, materials, labor, and the contractor's review. ScopeCore is not responsible for pricing discrepancies.

3. Account Responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing configuration, responding to leads in a timely manner, and ensuring their estimator page content is truthful. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, scrape data, interfere with other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

ScopeCore and its logo, design, and content are owned by ScopeCore. Contractors retain ownership of their pricing data and business information. Lead data belongs to the contractor who receives it.

6. Limitation of Liability

ScopeCore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost leads, inaccurate estimates, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScopeCore after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
